EXPERIENCE:
6/97 – Present Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) Peoria Illinois
Currently contractor coordinator for maintenance department. Responsible for work management
and assignment for all outsource contractors on day to day basis. Previously Production
Supervisor for five departments managing, administering and coordinating activities of
manufacturing facility in support of company policies, goals and objectives. Directed maintenance
on preventive and production work order repairs. Ensure safety and environmental conditions are
met for all departments. Prior to these positions senior maintenance millwright working on a daily
basis on plant equipment in both the corrective and preventive maintenance aspect. Worked on
all equipment associated with a large ethanol and alcohol plant

distribution equipment and control panels. Involved in the lay out, installation and troubleshooting
all electrical systems associated with control panels and switchgear. Able to read and interpret
A/C and D/C schematics and point to point wiring diagrams. Prepare various Caterpillar and
Detroit powered generator sets for operation and tests.

rendering department. Responsibilities included rebuilding of hydraulic and mechanical pumps
and gearboxes. Installation and wiring of electrical motors. Implement modifications to entire
rendering department. Including installation and aligning of auger and conveyer systems. Ability
to operate various industrial equipment such as arc/mig welders, gas torch, metal break and
sheers and other associated industrial maintenance equipment.

Comprehensive communication experience in construction, installation, and maintenance of
communication wire systems. Performed installation and troubleshooting of PABX switching
central, main distribution frames, VFW radio interface multiplexer systems and HF microwave
satellite vans. Other duties included the training of staff NCO’s and officers on basic and
advanced communication systems.
