ThePath-GoalTheory’smain idea<br />In the case of the soccer team we observed the Path-Goal theory is highly related in the sense that motivation plays and essential role in the success of the team. Also the theory can be applied to this soccer team since the goals set for them must be ambitious, yet achievable. <br />
