Assist with coordination of transportation, training facilities, billeting catering

training matrix for the fiscal year. By establishing training objectives and project
cost needed to meet training needs and requirements.
Responsible for briefing Command Teams on their progress of Unit project
milestones and collecting project deliverables, ensuring adherence to military
standards.

performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement to determine
areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Monitoring and tracking the medical credentials of the 80 Health Care Specialist
(68W) within the Battalion were in compliance of Army Medical Department of
the U.S. Army (AMEDD).
Assisted with the coordination of 250 soldiers of the 328th Combat Support
Hospital with it's medical equipment, to run a 44 bed hospital for their
participation in the Army War-games training exercise.
Review Subordinate units training schedule and recommend revisions or changes
in scope, format, content, and methodology..
Review and update the Battalion Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)In
accordance with (IAW) the Battalion Commanders intent.

Responsible for the instructions of 68W (Medic) Transition and Refresher course
Attend training classes to maintain certification licensure, keep abreast of new
developments in the field, or maintain existing knowledge.

Create medical training lanes and develop, training procedure manuals and
guides and course materials such as handouts to ensure that supporting

Identify key threats and Hazards during training exercise and creating mitigating
factors reduce the impact of any incident.
