Senior Manger July 2015-March 2016 Ft Stewart, Georgia
 Receives and edits incoming reports, assist in the drafting of SOP’s, ensures open
avenues of communication are established and maintained with subordinates, and that
senior management is informed of issues with a 16,000 person work force.
Senior Manager June 2014-June 2015 Daegu, Korea
 Implemented training plan for 150 employees from multiple organizations and
backgrounds who participated in a South Korean military exercise which increased
understanding and relationship between the United States and South Korea involving
strategic issues.
Senior Manager: Aug 2010 to May 2014 FT Campbell, Kentucky
 Coordinated, validated, and supervised, Expert Infantry Badge set up, training and testing
for over 500 personnel which is the premier training and testing event held for Infantry
Soldiers resulting in a 40 percent success rate which was 20 percent higher than the
average success rate.
 Organized, and supervised the movement of 1,800 employees to a training exercise in
Louisiana from Kentucky which involved the movement of buses, aircraft, baggage and
personnel over a two week period resulting in a successful operation.
 Planned and resourced 25 outside organization to come to the business and instruct
personnel on a variety of topics and aspects of successful leadership techniques during a
seven month period resulting in over 1500 employees being trained and an increase in the
base knowledge of all involved.
 Instituted procedures that resulted in a 70 percent increase in the number of employees
who were Air Assault qualified (course in helicopter operations) in an organization of
close to 4000 personnel.
United States Army Sergeants Majors Academy Aug 2009- June 2010
 Attended Senior level School for a 9 month period
Military Science Instructor Auburn University at Montgomery June 2008- June 2009
 Maintained oversite of six different college calendars and de-conflicted issues that would
have impeded the student’s ability to participate in the ROTC program. Instructed over
100 students in a variety of subjects involving Military Science.
Operations Manager: Jan 2005 through June 2008 Ft Stewart Georgia
 Supervised the living conditions, security, and maintenance of an isolated camp with over
900 personnel then took over as the Military supervisor of another remote camp
increasing the level of accountability to over 3000 personnel. Coordinated between
civilian contractors and military personnel on day to day operations.
 Developed a defense plan and instituted drills to ensure understanding of procedures in
case emergency actions are instituted.
 Implemented a tracking system that corrected a deficiency in the processing of awards
and evaluations resulting in a decrease of 70 percent with that issue.
