1. Concourse Project: Worked in a Supply Chain Management project to implement a
Track and Trace for Drugs on Johnson & Johnson. This project
implement to reduce the fake Drugs, growth the quality and protect
the Brand. This implementation is a legal requirement at ANVISA.
This Project affected all Johnson & Johnson factory and
Distribution Centres in Brazil.
Responsibilities:
• As a Johnson & Johnson is a global company, it was necessary
working on global template and mapping the process company
on North America, South America and Central America.
• In this project the area that impacted is Inbound, outbound and
warehouse movements.
