and the bottom line. The products, programs and platforms she has
managed span diverse functions such as Operations and Sales,
Information Technologies, Telephony/Cable and Education. Her many skills include: strategic
planning, re-engineering operations & process improvement, marketing & branding savvy,
budget management, team building & leadership development, contract & vendor management,
application development & implementation and customer relationship management.
Robyn possesses strategic and operational management skills in various business sectors. She has
worked successfully with multinational firms, spanning business units in Europe and Asia,
implementing new and restructuring existing processes and strategies. Her communication skills
have been honed by working with all levels of employees, from customer-facing to C-level
executives. Her internal and external customer service skills have earned her long-standing
respect from both management and customers.
Robyn began her career at Martin Marietta in the Titan IV Program Management Office
supporting the Logistics and Business Contracts organizations, where she managed the
deliverables of both organizations for each payload launch. She moved into the Information
Technology sector when she began working for Digital Equipment Corporation managing
customer-facing technical operations projects for the western half of the United States.
Later in her career, Robyn moved to the Telecommunications sector and managed large teams
supporting the development of vendor billing systems. Under her leadership, her teams identified
an estimated $600+ million revenue stream and received approval to design and implement two
new systems to capture the lost revenue. Upon the successful rollout of the new systems, Robyn
and her team were assigned a key program to create a multi-dimensional data warehouse that
would capture all call detail records for the company.
In 2007 Robyn joined Jones Knowledge Group where she quickly moved into the Senior Vice
President role for Jones/NCTI and was promoted to President within 6 months. By applying
many of the skills she acquired during her career, she brought the 40-year-old company into the
21st
century by moving paper training courses to an online training and testing platform,
implementing new product delivery technologies, improving the customer experience and
establishing a new brand image. Robyn revised the legacy sales strategy and developed a new
Sales organization applying an account management approach. She tasked her team to identify
operational deficiencies and implemented new processes and procedures connecting all aspects of
the business. By creating and applying a clear strategic and operational roadmap she produced a
12% growth in revenue within her first year of service. It was during her time at Jones/NCTI
that Robyn created and developed the Broadband Opportunity and Learning Development
(BOLD™) Program; training to help underserved and at-risk youth land high-demand careers in
cable and broadband. This program was adopted by The Urban League of Metropolitan Denver

and Denver Public Schools and has provided employment for community members in
Northeastern Denver. It was during Robyn’s tenure at Jones/NCTI that she was nominated as
Business Woman of the Year by the Denver Business Journal.
Robyn left Jones/NCTI in September of 2010 to pursue her passion for working with businesses,
non-profits, school districts and government agencies to reform our current educational system
and provide valuable workforce programs for the underserved, underemployed or not ready for
college populations. She believes that we as a country cannot truly achieve our greatest potential
unless all of our citizens have equal opportunity for educational success.
In January 2012, Robyn was recruited to join Strad Energy Services and provide the strategic
vision and management for the newly formed Communications business unit, providing voice,
video and data needs to the oil and gas industry. She built a full-service communications
technology and customer service team for the new product line resulting in 40% growth in annual
revenue. Robyn and her team developed and managed a full-scale marketing campaign to call
attention to product differentiators and reconfigured existing product design specifications
resulting in capital savings of over 60%. In collaboration with her satellite vendor provider,
Robyn and her team created an unprecedented E-911 service that was rolled out in the oil field.
Until that time, there were limited options if a major safety incident occurred onsite or in the
field.
During her time at Strad, she was asked to assume the additional duties of providing leadership to
all Divisions, concentrating specifically on the Sales and Operations organizations. She created
and implemented organizational objectives, policies and procedures that reflected the company’s
business strategy and revenue goals. She rebuilt the Strad Sales team to ensure sales success in
the field and city sales teams, resulting in a 25% revenue growth. She designed and implemented
sales incentive compensation programs and sales target goals reinforcing the company sales
strategy and business objectives. She applied her training and educational skills by establishing a
sales force training program focused on developing critical product and sales competencies.
Additionally, Robyn implemented newly designed IT processes and functionality to manage and
grow the original CRM technology platform.
Currently, Robyn is assisting companies such as CBRE, Western Union, Haselden Construction
and Direct Travel develop their executive teams by providing executive coaching and business
consulting services. Robyn’s passion for bringing order to chaos and matching the right people to
their areas of strength have been the key drivers in her success as both Executive, Consultant and
