ZOLL Technical Support Specialist: July 2014-present
 Analyze, review, and explain patient ECG strips to patients and family members.
 Communicates with Doctors, Nurses, Physician’s Assistants, and other medical professionals
to assist with patient care.
 Problem solve issues pertaining to the ZOLL Wearable Defibrillator LifeVest in order to
provide peace of mind to patients and confirm the device’s complete functionality.
 Appropriately identify emergency situations and provide a level of assistance needed to
ensure that a patient is protected. (Wearing a functional ZOLL LifeVest)
 Document customer complaints, alleged product deficiencies, sales orders, returned goods
orders, and any other required documentation in applicable systems.
