Objectives
To be accepted into a certified Orthopedic Residency Program in order to further develop the mindset
and skillset necessary to treat patients in an advanced manner.
To obtain a position as a full time physical therapist that will allow me to participate in a mentorship

•Learning about development and execution of treatment plans for common musculoskeletal
disorders seen by an Orthopedic Physical Therapist.
•Developing the mindset necessary to diagnose and treat at the level required in order to complete a
certified Orthopedic Residency Program.
•By the end of this clinical rotation I was handling a full caseload of a physical therapist in this
outpatient setting, approximately 12-15 patients per day.
Norwalk Hospital - Outpatient, Norwalk, CT July – October 2015
Physical Therapy Clinical Rotation

•This clinical rotation was in a general outpatient setting and as a result I received exposure to
orthopaedic patients as well patients with neurologic and vestibular involvement including extensive
exposure to LSVT BIG for clients with Parkinson disease.

therapist in an outpatient setting, approximately 8-10 patients per day.
