Don’t believe it. CMMI works with any type of method or lifecycle

Broadsword Solutions Corporation #5 CMMI requires too much documentation! • Early adopters used a lot of documents before AND after adopting CMMI • CMMI’s original contributors were some of the early adopters • CMMI’s requirement for “evidence” does not always mean “document” • Information Radiators like Scrum Team Rooms, white boards, sticky notes work well for evidence also • Databases, photographs, videos are all good ways to share information CMMI requires too much documentation. Don’t believe it. There are better ways to share information (and provide evidence)
