1. Network Call Redirect is an advanced feature set that
redirects calls to another location(s) during outages, busy
conditions, or when agents are not present to handle
calls. This is a call-by-call feature that can be used with
LEC, ISDN, or non-ISDN access facilities.
A network manager has a number of choices of why,
where, and how to redirect calls based on trunk group,
type of service (both inbound and outbound), individual
toll-free/DID number(s), IP Toll Free (IPTF) and IP
Interaction Voice Response (IPIVR) services to provide
seamless routing and overflow for both TDM and
SIP end-points.
