Summary
I am a responsible person with excellent communication skills demonstrated by over 20 years of working
experience - a caring professional who is motivated, enthusiastic and well-rounded. With strong
leadership and relationship-building, I am an encourager who uses conflict resolution and active listening
skills to work with people to help them solve issues and thrive in their environments. I place a strong focus
on providing highly effective leadership and use my expertise to develop and manage people
development. Training and Development is a passion, which adds value to organisations by contributing
to growth and effectiveness. I base a lot of importance on being a good role model by exhibiting and
reinforcing positive behaviours. I am highly motivated and a self-starter, who is accountable and
