Our brief was to elevate the
Rogerseller brand beyond
the reach of competitors,
redefining the bathroom
showroom market while
retaining existing, and
attracting new customers.
The 1700m2 interior
was split between the
showroom and head office
accommodating meeting and
breakout facilities as well as
open plan and office zones.

Melbourne VIC
Red Design Group’s move
to its Queen Street office in
Melbourne’s CBD became
a catalyst for redefining
the company and updating
the brand. As we do with
many of our clients, we
set out to define the brand
in 5 keywords and, along
with our team, settled on
our brand attributes being
Collaborative, Energetic,
Young, Simple, and Bold.
The reception desk is a
playful take on a boutique
cafe counter and a reference
to Red Design Group’s key
disciplines of retail and
hospitality design. The
glass ‘cake display’ follows
through with elements
of the VM lobby theme,
hanging on a nearby
sculptural rail are T-shirts
graphically printed with
some of our project work.

Petersham RSL
Sydney NSW
The office fittout for Petersham RSL
was based around sustainablity and
natural products with greenery focused
around the breakout library zone.
All materials were selected for their
recyclable content and end of life
qualities, down to the carpet supplier
who takes back the carpet tiles to
recycle into new carpets.

their international flagship
format in an Australia-wide
roll out of more than 16
stores. We also designed
their 500m2 Australian head
office in Melbourne.

graphics and brand team,
in collaboration with
Deakin University and
Woodhead Architects,
produced a graphic overlay
for Australian Bureau
of Statistics offices in
Melbourne and Geelong.
The graphic concept was
influenced by the shapes,
textures, forms, colours,
and patterns that commonly
represent statistical
information such as
population studies, graphs,
maps, and charts.
RED created a visually
compelling large-scale
environmental graphics
which were integrated
seamlessly into the space
adding life and interest to
the office environment.ww
Brickworks Building Products is one of
Australia’s largest and most diverse building
material manufacturers. The company has built
an enduring reputation through innovation,
professionalism and continuously dependable
products and services.
Externally the architecture encourages customer
engagement, incorporating Brickworks’ external
building materials with clear navigational
signage supported by product branding to ensure
customers are clearly guided to the entry.

Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial
Research Organisation (CSIRO) is a
recognised global leader in research,
innovation and technology. The
Government corporate entity occupies
several buildings across Australia. The
reception zones in these buildings
were largely underutilised for brand
promotion when Red Design Group was
asked to review them.
We set to work assessing CSIRO’s
premises from a customer journey
perspective and quickly identified ways
to reconfigure their front-of house-
areas as impactful marketing platforms
that excite and engage visitors.

Red Design Group was commissioned
by DHS to reimagine the future of
myGov service through the physical
space and use of digital technology
which aims to better meet their
customers’ needs.
RED created 3D avatars based on
DHS customer profiles and storylines
revolving real-life customer journeys.
RED designed the future self-service
myGov site equipped with an intuitive
AI driven technology, digital interface
and introduced a new myID app where
customers can securely store their
personal information online.
RED brand team produced the
animation including voice over, sound
effects and music.

Project Summary
Recently RED just completed DhS’ future digital vision
project where RED has helped DhS to visualise their ten
year plan in digital service delivery through their customer
journeys. The project has been receiving positive response
from government agencies and helping DhS to influence
government policy outcomes.

  • 3. Our brief was to elevate the Rogerseller brand beyond the reach of competitors, redefining the bathroom showroom market while retaining existing, and attracting new customers. The 1700m2 interior was split between the showroom and head office accommodating meeting and breakout facilities as well as open plan and office zones.   • 5. RED DESIGN GROUP CASE STUDY 2 RED Melbourne VIC Red Design Group’s move to its Queen Street office in Melbourne’s CBD became a catalyst for redefining the company and updating the brand. As we do with many of our clients, we set out to define the brand in 5 keywords and, along with our team, settled on our brand attributes being Collaborative, Energetic, Young, Simple, and Bold. The reception desk is a playful take on a boutique cafe counter and a reference to Red Design Group’s key disciplines of retail and hospitality design. The glass ‘cake display’ follows through with elements of the VM lobby theme, hanging on a nearby sculptural rail are T-shirts graphically printed with some of our project work.

PETERSHAM RSL CASE STUDY 3 Petersham RSL Sydney NSW The office fittout for Petersham RSL was based around sustainablity and natural products with greenery focused around the breakout library zone. All materials were selected for their recyclable content and end of life qualities, down to the carpet supplier who takes back the carpet tiles to recycle into new carpets. AUSTRALIAN BUREAU OF STATISTICS CASE STUDY 5 ABS Docklands VIC Red Design Group graphics and brand team, in collaboration with Deakin University and Woodhead Architects, produced a graphic overlay for Australian Bureau of Statistics offices in Melbourne and Geelong. The graphic concept was influenced by the shapes, textures, forms, colours, and patterns that commonly represent statistical information such as population studies, graphs, maps, and charts. RED created a visually compelling large-scale environmental graphics which were integrated seamlessly into the space adding life and interest to the office environment.ww

  • 10. CSIRO CASE STUDY 7 CSIRO Melbourne VIC Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) is a recognised global leader in research, innovation and technology. The Government corporate entity occupies several buildings across Australia. The reception zones in these buildings were largely underutilised for brand promotion when Red Design Group was asked to review them. We set to work assessing CSIRO’s premises from a customer journey perspective and quickly identified ways to reconfigure their front-of house- areas as impactful marketing platforms that excite and engage visitors.

DHS CASE STUDY 8 DHS Sydney NSW Red Design Group was commissioned by DHS to reimagine the future of myGov service through the physical space and use of digital technology which aims to better meet their customers’ needs. RED created 3D avatars based on DHS customer profiles and storylines revolving real-life customer journeys. RED designed the future self-service myGov site equipped with an intuitive AI driven technology, digital interface and introduced a new myID app where customers can securely store their personal information online. RED brand team produced the animation including voice over, sound effects and music.
