23. Modes Operandi for setting up
RICs in other Countries
 Identification of Partner institution
Host country identifies an organization to interact with
NSIC for establishing of Projects.
 Selection of Projects:
Based on the local demand assessment, local authorities
shall inform the list of technologies to be set up in the
proposed Centre or alternatively, NSIC can be engaged for
carrying out the feasibility study for assessing the relevant
technologies to be housed in the proposed Centre.

24.  Offer to Supply Technologies
After finalisation of technologies for the proposed Centre,
NSIC shall submit detailed offer for setting up of the
Incubation Centre.
 Readiness of Site:
On acceptance of offer, NSIC shall provide the lay out plan
containing the positioning of the decided technologies and
various utilities required for functioning of projects.

25.  Supply of Technologies from India:
After obtaining confirmation w.r.t readiness of site, NSIC
shall initiate shipment of technologies.
 Deputation of Experts from India:
Once the Consignment of technologies reaches at site, NSIC
deputes its experts for installation and commissioning of
projects
 Handing over of the Centre:
After completion of all activities as per agreed terms, NSIC
hands over the Centre to relevant authorities of the country
