Regina Witherspoon has over 30 years of experience working in juvenile probation and court services in Connecticut. She has held roles as an office clerk, courtroom clerk, juvenile probation officer, and acting and full juvenile matters supervisor. In these roles, she conducted investigations, counseled juveniles and families, made referrals to social services, supervised juveniles' compliance with court orders, and oversaw the work of probation staff. Ms. Witherspoon retired in 2016 after serving as the Juvenile Matters Supervisor in New Haven, Connecticut.
