PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY:
For the past almost 20 years I've been in the customer service field. During this time I've
learned a lot on how to handle the most difficult customer, to the easiest customer.
Also during that time I've had the honor to learning several different programs on the computer.
For example I've learned: Excel, Word, Access, Spread sheets, Windows, Publisher, ADP Payroll, Daily
deposits, and CPR. From time to time I would volunteer to take different classes at Washington
Employers Works ranging from dealing with difficult customers/employees, handling conflict in the
work place, PowerPoint and several other different computer programs.
For the 2016 year and on my goal is to start obtaining my dream of working at a company that
is growing, and that I can grow with. I've learned so much in the past, that I'm really looking forward
