2. DISNEY FILMS
• In 1937, the Walt Disney Studios released its first fully animated feature film, Snow
White and the Seven Dwarfs, and pioneered a new form of family entertainment.
• Disney's most recent film is Artemis Fowl. Artemis Fowl is a 12-year-old genius and
descendant of a long line of criminal masterminds. He soon finds himself in an epic
battle against a race of powerful underground fairies who may be behind his father's
disappearance.
3. DISNEY COMICS

Disney comics are comic books and comic strips featuring characters
created by the Walt Disney company including Mickey Mouse, Donald
Duck and Uncle Scrooge. This month Walt Disney will be publishing it’s
750th issues.
5. MARVEL FILMS
• Their first film was Iron Man made in 2008 and was distributed by Paramount
Pictures.
• Avengers: Endgame is the last movie in Marvel Phase Three, which launched in
2019 with Captain America: Civil War.
6. MARVEL COMICS
• In 2009, Walt Disney company acquired Marvel entertainment, Marvel started in
1939 by Martin Goodman under a number of corporations and imprints but now
known as Timely Comics and by 1951 had become known as Allas Comics.
• Marvel suggests that there are 32,000 comics over a period of 70 years (1939-
2009).
