Workplace Stress :
Positive stress (Eustress):is a stress that creates a positive
of excitement when an employee or individual perceives stress

times and different approaches that can be adopted
Although several approaches exists to achieving this goal, the
method to be deployed depends on the peculiarities of the work
sector and the stress situation
In conclusion, the findings from this study provides organizations
with several alternatives to address stress-related issues across
different work domain
