Back Ground
Actually, we have seen from past 10 years that corporate industries have been scraping their two to
three years old electronics goods. Important thing is that it will increase the E-waste as well as it will
increase the cost of the company. So if an organisation donates its used electronics assets to an NGO,
It will be the CSR project as well as it will help to solve the other problems.
Feasibility Study
The computer training project is most essential projects in developing Indian. In our process of
teaching we will teach the students computers, Spoken English and soft-skills. So that students can
work in any kind of environment. Our aim is to increase the GDP of India. In process of teaching we
have been doing multiple works as making new entrepreneur, motivating people to work properly,
solving the recruitment procedures of industry etc.
In our team, already we have taken good trainer who can teach properly. After giving training, we will
provide each and every student for job. But those who are interested to start him or her own business,
we will also help them to do it, properly.
Involving this training procedure, industries will get the profit as well as it will solve the pollution
related problem. Another point is that it will solve the quality recruitment issues of the concern
industry. Therefore, it is highly feasible project in anywhere in India.

Conclusion
Modern era is being controlled by the technology. Humans have invented digital system which can
help them to reach the destination. But one of the adverse effects of industrialisation is Pollution. Due
to electronic scraps,e-waste has created more pollution. Simultaneously, huge amount of people don’t
have skill to work in digitalised system. Again, if any one doesn’t know how to use the technology, it
is impossible for him or her to survive in the modern civilisation. On other hand, to fight against the
poverty, it is the society’s due to teach them how to cross the poverty level. According to our plan, not
only we have been training the people, but also we have placed them or helped them if they want to
go for business. We are confident they we will open the new window.

  • 7. 7 95, Mahatma GandhiRoad,Kolkata –700007, West Bengal,India. Fig: Proposed Business Model Conclusion Modern era is being controlled by the technology. Humans have invented digital system which can help them to reach the destination. But one of the adverse effects of industrialisation is Pollution. Due to electronic scraps,e-waste has created more pollution. Simultaneously, huge amount of people don’t have skill to work in digitalised system. Again, if any one doesn’t know how to use the technology, it is impossible for him or her to survive in the modern civilisation. On other hand, to fight against the poverty, it is the society’s due to teach them how to cross the poverty level. According to our plan, not only we have been training the people, but also we have placed them or helped them if they want to go for business. We are confident they we will open the new window.
