Chief Operating Officer
Graduated from University of Madras in 1980 , obtained ACA from
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1984 and CISA from
Information Systems Audit and Control Association, USA in 1991.
Started his career as an Audit Officer, Price Waterhouse Coopers in
1984 and moved to Tata Consultancy Services as Consultant in 1985.
He was the Founder Director, e-Brahma Technologies during the period
1997-2006. He served as Head, Enterprise Business Solutions, CSS1997-2006. He served as Head, Enterprise Business Solutions, CSS
Software from 2006-2007. Later served as Director, IBM India from
2007-2014 prior to joining as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Zafin
Software Centre of Excellence.
He is an Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India, Certified by Information Systems, Auditor, ISACA, USA and
Charter Member of TiE, Chennai and Keiretsu Forum.
As a part of Professional Development, he has completed Executive
Leadership Program from Cornell University. He is passionate about
starting and growing businesses, mentoring startups.

He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from M.N.Regional
Engineering College in Allahabad (1978-82). He also completed his
Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Anna Institute of
Management, Chennai.
Has over 30 years experience in information technology consulting and
management with large corporations.
Started his career with Tata Consultancy Services and handled multiple
responsibilities from programmer to a Delivery manager on variousresponsibilities from programmer to a Delivery manager on various
global engagements between 1982-1993. Subsequently, he joined the
Global Systems Division of American Express Bank and headed the
dedicated facility that supported Bank's IT operations for Asia and
North America between 1993-1997.
He moved to the United States in 1997 to serve in the Management
Consulting practice of Ernst & Young where he advised Insurance and
Financial Services clients in the effective utilization of information
technology to drive business benefits. He is the promoter of
3Edge Solutions, an IT training and services company and has trained
and provided employment to over 10,000 Engineering graduates .

Dr. M. Anandakrishnan, born in 1928, obtained his B.E in Highway Engg. in 1952 from College
of Engineering, Guindy, Madras and Ph.D in Civil Engineering (1960) from the University of
Minnesota, USA. On return he joined Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur as a member of
the Civil Engineering faculty and served in various capacities in academic and institutional
development.
From 1974 to 1978 he served as the first Science Counselor at the Embassy of IndiaFrom 1974 to 1978 he served as the first Science Counselor at the Embassy of India
Washington, D.C. Thereafter from 1978 to 1989 he was the Deputy Director of the Centre for
Science and Technology for Development, United Nations, New York from. From 1990 to 1996
he was the Vice-Chancellor of Anna University, Chennai for two terms. Later he was Vice-
Chairman of the Tamil Nadu State Council for Higher Education from 1996 to 2002 and
concurrently the Advisor to the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu on Information Technology and e-
Governance. He served as a member or chairman of a large number of National Committees of
the University Grants Commission, All India Council of technical Education, National
Assessment and Accreditation Council and so on.
His honours and awards include Padma Shri from the President of India (2002)
