12. In a whole it was a life time opportunity for me to gather the whole information
from the starting to the end means from the study of the online platform to make it
user friendly itself. Really it was amazing experience where I got to know about
the various kinds of procedures undertaken in an online business for its survival
and growth in the corporate world.
Enrich believe that every adolescent can develop effective skills for their life,
which will equip them to take charge of their own well-being and pave for a
healthy and positive future.
Rather than the production, I understand the various departments working there
and their importance like technological department, HR department, Designing
department and some other departments. Every department was related to another
means everyone is connected in a long chain brother. Every individual department
is individually playing the role with reference to the other departments which is
very important to run any of the firm and this clearly defines team work.
It is a company with is started in June 2018 by Dr. Gorav Gupta (reputed senior
psychiatrist in Delhi) and his team. The services catered by MentCom have been
designed solely for different mental health patients to connect them with mental
health professionals like neurologists, psychiatrists, clinical psychologists and
other allied professionals.
Being an intern in Mentcom Info Tech Pvt. Ltd. specialized in Product
Development and Market Analysis.
I laid main emphasis on the 4 phases-
Presentations and writing, research part, competitor and market analysis,
user friendly application and website.
This internship report will be life time valuable to me as it contain the various
researches done by me while working there as a internship candidate.
It was a really a great opportunity for me to understand the whole process in front
of the eyes even practically. Thanks to the Enrich. and Mentcom Info Tech Pvt.

25. 2.2. HISTORY/BACKGROUND
About Us:-
A large number of Indians (approximately 60 million- a number greater than the
combined population of some countries like South Africa) –suffer from mental
disorders.
Mr. JP Nadda, Minister of Health and Family Welfare, in his address in the Lok
Sabha in May 2016, revealed that according to the National Commission on
Macroeconomics and Health (2005), about 10-20 million Indians were suffering
from complex mental disorders like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, whereas
nearly 50 million Indians were suffering from common mental disorders like
depression and anxiety.
With growing awareness of Mental Health and Mental Illnesses in India, the
Mental Healthcare Bill was revised in 2017, bringing reformative changes to
enhance the availability and scope of Mental Health services in the Country.
To support the mandate of the Mental Healthcare Bill for provisions for
maintenance of records and reporting by Mental Health Professionals, and the right
of the patient to assess basic medical records (– a person with mental illness is
entitled to receive documented medical information, pertaining to his diagnosis,
investigation, assessment, and treatment as per the medical record), MentDoc was
initiated as India’s 1st Mental Health EHR (Electronic Health Record) Solution and
Practice Management Solution to assist mental health professionals in diagnosis,
planning investigations and treatment, recording, scheduling appointments,
providing e-prescriptions, manage consultations, etc.
26. EHR Management through MentDoc-
An Electronic Health Record (EHR) is a digital version of a patient’s summaries
and records. EHRs are patient-oriented records that facilitate an authorized
professional a quick and secure access to information.
EHRs in addition to the above can:
● Contain an individual’s medical history, diagnosis, medication plans,
treatment plans, immunization details, allergies, radio diagnosis and
laboratory/test results
● Help providers take evidence based decisions about a patient.
● Aid and streamline process flow.
A critical feature of an EHR is that information is created and managed by
authorized providers in a format, which makes it capable of being shared
with other providers across many health care organizations.
EHRs are designed in order to share information with other health care
partners – such as laboratories, specialists, medical imaging facilities,
pharmacies, emergency facilities, school clinics and workplace clinics.
MentDoc is designed in a manner that it fulfills all the requirements and tasks
expected from a robust EHR software, thus easing exchange and flow of
critical information.
The Company started its operations in the domain of Mental Well-Being by
creating a model for Mental Health Enhancement and Wellness of Adolescents,
under the name of “Enrich” – catering to aspects of Social, Emotional, Academic
and Career Well-being of Adolescents, by providing screening, guidance and
enrichment services.
27. Enrich has successfully reached more than 2,000 students through its psychometric
screening and assessment tools and nearly 3,000 students through their workshops,
helping students develop effective skills ranging from self-awareness to self-
enhancement.
The company further expanded into the domain into online guidance and
counselling, by developing programs for self-enhancement and adolescent
mentoring, parent guidance, enrichment services, skill-building, enrichment
workshops, etc, widening the gamut of scope and services. It further extended its
services towards young adults, by developing and delivering well-being programs
to college students and corporate employees. (www.enrichlife.in).
Our services also include telephonic counselling through a dedicated helpline
devised for this purpose and various education and engagement programs that have
been implemented on a timely basis (https://welisten.in).

According to Clifford Woody,
“Research Methodology comprises of defining and redefining problems,
collecting, organizing and evaluating data, making deductions and
researching to conclusions”.
The results of such research are not usually useful for decision making by them,
but they can provide significant insight into a given situation. Although the results
of qualitative research can give some indication as to the ‘why’, ’how’ and ‘when’
something occurs, it cannot tell us ‘how often’ or ‘how many’.
According, the methodology used in the project is as follows:-
Defining the objectives of the study
Framing of questionnaire keeping objectives in mind

Data Analysis
A questionnaire was floated among the members and the interns of the Mentcom
Info Tech Pvt. Ltd. for survey regarding the Mental Health Act 2017 (MHA-2017)
who had to fill in the responses from the various Psychiatrists and Psychologists as
well as the HOD must fill the responses for himself / herself.
The questionnaire was divided into two parts each, these were:-
• Rating as per the degree of user friendly for the MHA-2017
• Rating the Digital Recording as per the time period (6 months, 1year, 3 years).
First part contained fifteen questions and the next part contained five questions,
wherein each respondent had to mark the response on the degree of Strongly Agree
to Strongly Disagree for the person he /she was filling it for.
For example, the first line of the questionnaire Rating Provisions updated as per
new MHA-2017 need restructuring in current practice management techniques, in
between laid a Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, Strongly Disagree.
The same was repeated for the second part of the questionnaire.
Hence a person would mark Strongly Agree if the person needs the reconstruction
of MHA-2017 or Strongly Disagree if he is comfortable with the provisions
updated as per new MHA-2017 and mark anything in between from Strongly
Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, Strongly Disagree as per his opinion about the
person for whom the questionnaire was filled.
Hence a person would mark Highly Feasible if he needs recording to be done
manually as per the time period or Highly Unfeasible if he is in favour of recording
on the online platform with respect to the time period. And mark anything in
between from Highly Feasible, Feasible, Unfeasible, Highly Unfeasible as per

Before I went to do the internship I was theoretically sounded but I didn’t
have any practical knowledge, it is all for the Enrich. group to companies
who allowed me to out the internship in their co.
Theoretical knowledge is some else and Practical knowledge is something
else. From the book or the classroom knowledge we can have the basic idea
how it is but in real life it’s very struggling.
I understood how the teamwork plays its role for the running of a production
unit.
I understood how the management people is handling the whole unit and
manipulating all the team members. I was really a very struggling job with
lots of challenges.
I understood the industry designing process from the very beginning to the
end means where product is available to the normal customers.
As Mentcom Info Tech Pvt. Ltd. is having more or less all the different
types of steps to be followed, I gathered more or less all of them.
Even I understood different stages of the Product Development process.

lot to understand the company prospect, Human resource process and the

how the online marketing process that how they are managing.
The most important thing which I noticed there in the corporate world that
they laid huge emphasis on user attraction and comfort levels which finally
increases the aesthetic value of the product.
The security system is quite enriched which is very important.
Punctuality and formality is practiced inside the office, which brings the
corporate behaviour in the interns.
Finally I would like to say Mentcom Info Tech Pvt. Ltd. is a company for
Mankind.
