• Device which is used for toasting purpose or toast the bread is called toaster.
• It is simple equipment have a coil which is use for heating purpose.

• It is simple equipment which is made of iron or copper used for the boiling of water or make
coffee.
• Kettle have coil for heating purpose .

• It consists of plate made of composites of aluminum and stainless steel.
• It is 50mm in diameter.
• The surface of the pan is coated with Teflon (a non-stick coating).
• An electric heating element is incorporated for heating and temperature is controlled with thermostat.
This is used for frying of different commodities such as eggs, vegetables and meat etc.

• Toaster, kettle and fry pan separately is not acceptable because it requiring high wattage to operate and
consuming more time which is not comfortable with today’s busy life. Breakfast maker (3 in 1) is
designed to overcome all such problem. Instant breakfast maker which will use technology to make 3
products at a time.
• Toaster, kettle and fryer are the main parts of breakfast maker, It maker works on the principal of
conduction convection and radiation. A coil is used to provide heat for toasting the bread, make coffee
or tea and frying egg. Temperature will be adjusted with relative to cooking requirement of food.
Circulation of heat is accomplished with conduction and radiation process.
