A Report on the academic campaign conducted by students of MBA (Media & Entertainment), Manipal University, as part of academic curriculum. This also details the Process Evaluation and Outcome Evaluation of the complete event along with budget and event snapshots.
2. Event Objectives
• A Platform for common man to think and express their
views and ideas.
• Aimed at creating positive relations of unity among
people through colors.
• To strengthen equality and promote the eradication of
all forms of prejudice.
• To recognize diversity in its broadest sense including
race, gender, age, class, religion or culture, abilities,
education or economic positions.

3. Event Plan
• Pre-Events : 4th, 5th & 8th April 2009
• Main Event : 24th April 2009
• 6 locations in and around Bangalore.
• Public were provided with canvas and acrylic colors to
paint anything they want.
• Participants to be provided with a batch having the
tagline “A Moment To Think Oneness”
• Students to talk with Public about “Power of Unity.”
6. Main Event
• All the 22 canvas pieces were joined together
• Mr.Yelappa Reddy, Chairman of Green Task Force,
Bangalore inaugurated the final event
• Mr.Sridhar, an eminent artist from Chitrakala Parishath,
Bangalore, gave his finishing touch to the united canvas.

• Maximum reach to the public through the event
• Rejections outnumbering Acceptance from public as
well as authorities involved.
• Shuttled between different authorities, different
departments located in different corners of the city.
• Huge time and effort involved.

awareness campaign.
