Description
At Airbus India Pvt Ltd. The structure components which were created
in Chinese methodology were recreated / modified to meet the
requirements of France Airbus.
Role &
Contribution
Role: Senior Design Engineer.
Responsibilities:
 The VCI’s and below (VCI, Interface, Sub-Assembly,
Elementary parts, Folder, 3D, 2D, BOM...) which were
required to be recreated or modification were renamed by
versioning activity in ECPDM as per Airbus France
methodology.
 Structural parts which include sheet metal, machining,
composites modified as per requirement.
 Integrating ACI attached to each drawing also integrating ACI
information into 2D and BOM.
 Replacing the Standard Parts which were used as per CHRDI
into EC175 standard parts.
 Monitoring the work at each and every stage, organizing work
load based on priorities.
 ECPDM VCI / Folder / Part / CATDrawing will be delivered in
status completed and model verification validated.
 Parts after modifications were linked to 2D and updated.
 After view liking and updating the text as well as information
which were provided in Chinese language were translated into
English.
 Change the Nota sheets which were in Chinese characters to
French characters.

looms starts at 701 Delta (Movable) for LH Wing and 702 Delta
(Movable) for RH Wing and passes through Pylon break connector,
AHRS Magnetometer and finally to the wing navigation light break
connector. It provides better cable routing and provides exact cable
length and also digitally validate by checking the interference between
electrical cables and other functional systems.

The structure components which were created in Chinese methodology were recreated / modified to meet the requirements of France Airbus. Role & Contribution Role: Senior Design Engineer.
