I have been asked to submit a reference on the above employee for teaching English.
Raluca joined us as a tutor in September 2015. She works with children aged between 5 and 16 in
English and Maths. Her role involves working with small present interesting lessons, often using
material she has sourced outside in her own time. groups or individually with children to help
improve their language and literacy skills and revise basic maths skills. Tutors write their own
lessons and are responsible for managing the children and discussing progress with parents. Raluca
works on her own at the centre and is totally reliable and works hard to

A recent external assessment of her students which we conduct twice a year showed amazing

reliable and feedback from parents is very favourable. She meets deadlines and responds positively
to new ideas. She is extremely dedicated in her work and this passion is reflected in the praise she
