This is a National Database for Person with Disability created in the interest of having the statistics of
physically challenged people throughout the country, which will also help the Government of India (GoI) as
well as all other State Governments in preparation of various policies and launching of any government
schemes. The application will also assist the Government in the implementation and monitoring of policies
and schemes. The application will be implemented throughout the country, i.e. Village level, Block level,
District level, State level and National level.
This application will have two types of users, Beneficieries & Government Employees. The application will
serve the Thousand of users daily and it will help applicants (Physically challenged peoples) to apply from
their home or their mobile for getting Disability Certificate and for other benefits provided by the Govt.
The Government employees will process the submitted application and provide the necessary benefits to
beneficiaries. The new system will assist the government employees for smooth processing and will improve
their performance. The application will minimize the personal interaction of government employees and
citizens which will help government employees for their smooth working without any external disturbance

Houses, and Media to share their problems and concerns with Government of Maharashtra.
The solution is available as a Web Application as well as Mobile Application.
This solution act as a bridge between Citizens and Government of Maharashtra by allowing citizens to post
their Grievances/Suggestions using mobile app or web application for the Government to take action on it.
The Government officials through their administrator portal will be able to receive, analyze and assign the
grievance/suggestion to concerned department to take action.
After action, officials will update the status (Approved/Rejected) of the grievance. Citizens will be able to
view the status on mobile or web application.
Citizens can accept/re-open the grievance (after action & update by official) based on their satisfaction on
action taken by Government on the grievance.
Reopened grievances will be escalated and acted upon by senior authority. Government officials can

Online Application for Doctore, Competent Person & Site Registration for DGFASLI
The office of the Directorate General, Factory Advice Service and Labour Institutes (DGFASLI) is
an attached office of the Ministry of Labour, Government of India. It serves as a technical arm to
assist the Ministry in formulating national policies on occupational safety and health in factories and
docks. It also advises factories on various problems concerning safety, health, efficiency and well -
being of the persons at work places. To achieve this objective, the office of DGFASLI has developed
this application. The application helps department to automate the approval process of their various
forms. The application supports corporate houses or factories to obtain an approval from DGFASLI
through online process. For obtaining an online approval, the factories registered themselves with
DGFASLI through this application. After registration, factories can apply for various approvals
through application. The scrutiny process of application done by DGFASLI is also available in the
system. After the various level scrutinies, the final approval process is also taking place in the
system and the approval letter will issued to factories with the help of this application. The system
also has a dashboard for various departmental authorities and for the factories. The application is
also capable to send the SMS and email notification at each and every stage of the scrutiny. Have
various departmental level MIS reports.
The application is also having integration with National Portal of the India and eNivesh for direct
monitoring of the Prime Ministers offices (PMO).
