Salesforce development project and team implementing the project functionalities based on

Part of project team as a project manager for following large and small projects:
 Launched Deletion of temp files executable in PwC UK environment. This is a first project of
its kind in PwC environment and has been successfully implemented. Client demanded a
routine clean up of few of the temporary locations in Windows and Mac machine. Developer
created a .Net executable for windows environment and took a script based approach for Mac.
We were able to deploy the same successfully without impacting any other applications.
 PwC has deployed a Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) solution from Forcepoint called Triton
AP-Data Security. Part of this DLP solution is an endpoint agent (Triton AP-Endpoint DLP)
deployed to all the firms desktops, laptops, VDI’s etc. The current deployed version of the
endpoint agent is 8.1.2250 but was creating lot of security issues. So, upgraded existing
endpoint agent firm wide to the new version as released by vendor to address the security
issues and thus removing lots of DLP incidents.
 Tanium is a systems and security management solution that allows real-time data
collection on large enterprise networks. The deployment of Tanium onto the laptops of
Partners, Directors and Personal Assistants (PAs) will allow the Cyber Threat Detection &
Response team to receive real-time telemetry from endpoints and conduct a deep analysis of
the data gathered by applying heuristic and statistical analysis across the data sets to
determine whether any malicious activity can be identified. Hence a project to upgrade the
existing Tanium server infrastructure to the new version and the same is implemented
successfully.

4.  Bomgar is a maintenance project to move Bomgar external functionality to DMZ in order
to support expanded use by support to troubleshoot remotely outside of VPN connection.
The project scope is to open Bomgar external interface to Internet from where PwC internal
users can have access to Bomgar Chat directly over the Internet without using VPN connection.
