Description This project comes under ‘Duns & Bradstreet Corporation’ which
maintains the record of all the organizations and also they will provide
a unique id for all the organizations. This record includes all the details
of the organization like financial status, bankrupt status and their
current market demand. The business dealings can be made with one
another based on the health and financial strength of the organization
that is available in the record. The records will be updated weekly
basics and we will be supporting the customer for solving any issues in
the application.
Duns & Bradstreet Corporation (DNBi RTB):

Responsibilities :
• Involved in solving the issues in the application.
• Solving critical RMS, Billing and Core issue raised by the customer in the application.
• Solving the login issues by making the changes in the database and backend systems
manually.
• Working with 3rd party vendors and other services to resolve the issues.
• Capturing and debugging the application server logs in production/staging/QA
environment to identify the issues.
• Analyzes the code flow for critical issues and raise defects in QC if required.
• Involved in Monitoring and checks the Grid Control.
• Checks contentions in Grid Control and their corresponding SQL Queries and plans
which caused it.
