Working in Accounts Receivables team from past 8 months we work on the payments
which are received from clients for the services they render from ADP. Clients drop
their checks in to the lock boxes which are cleared by bank. On the next day we
receive bank reports with all the posting information in it, we cross check the posting
information from the bank reports and clear the payments in our books of
accounts. Currently we receive 4 kinds of payments (Lock box check payment, Faxed
Check payment, Wire payment & Local deposits).
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Played a role of ASSOCIATE with a team size of 25 and was responsible for
Reviewing/Rechecking and resolving the issue with checks which have complications
( Checks which cannot be solved by operator).
Maintaining Region Contact’s for complete team.
If needed getting in touch with the BU for any assistance through calls.
Processing all kinds of checks if required.
