 Worked with Satyam construction, Patna, a well-known construction company
work with PWD, Bihar Govt. as a Site incharge from March 2011 to July 2013.
Academic Qualification:
 BBA from PTU.
 12th pass from B.S.E.B
 10th pass from B.S.E.B.

Technical Qualification:
 Computer diploma in basic computer knowledge
 MS office, Excel, MS word, MS PowerPoint, Internet

 Handling Admin portal (Online services to every employee for request)

 Knowledgeof security equipment’s, like .Smokedetector, Fire panel, MCP
CCTV and more.
 Handling Gate pass portal, this is used for company assetmovement as for
Internaland external both.
 Housekeeping and maintenance attendance reportfor daily basis.
 Organizing monthly vendor’s scheduled for PPM as for equipment which
was installed for facility support like UPS, DG, and Split ACs or AHU.
 Handling transportarrangements for external/internal clients as required.
 Taking care of accommodation for clients and employees as required.
 Have handled air travel management in absence of concerned person with
ease.
 Supportthe implementation of strategic initiatives, as needed. Review and
update various administrativepolicies. Putting up various reports to Admin
Head to be presented in MBR.
 Vendor management: Follow-up for services as per defined in SLA.
 Finalizing vendors, required for the facility and after verifying their
authenticity and intent.
 Coordination between various departments for all admin related activities.
 Ensuring security and safety of employees.
 Managing various kinds of events like.
 Month end celebration.
 Team outing.
 Annual function etc.
 Organizing monthly meeting with the vendors for smooth and hassle free
service.

 New projectfor inauguration of Lal Bahudur ShastriPark in Satyam

 New facility for 500 seatallocation as according to process requirement, in
