 Preparing and submitting the outstanding statements to Clients with relevant invoices and
other documents for the recovery of the payments.
 Attend and handle customer queries as well as inter-related department issues.
 Regular follow up with clients for payments and to ensure that payments are as per
agreed timeline.
 Arrange meetings and con-calls with Clients for resolution of outstanding invoices.
 Preparation of weekly/monthly reports and MIS.
 To review debtors outstanding reports and their ageing analysis and support management
by providing timely and accurate payment and account outstanding information.
 Reconciliation of the statement of accounts of clients and providing Balance
confirmation/NDC to them.
 Ensure all issues have been escalated according to established guidelines.
 To achieve monthly collection targets.
