9. POSITION OF SUPERVISOR
SUPERVISOR’S POSITION may vary from
enterprise to enterprise .But he plays an
important role in all organisation and is a
necessary link between the management
and the workers.

regarded as a separate management
function ,supervisor used to perform all
personnel functions like recruitment
,selection , training and compensation of
workers.
