MANTIS was created in 2003, and is, today, one
of India’s leaders in Simulation Games in
business management education. MANTIS
designs, develops, and delivers games for
learning and competitions. MANTIS games have
produced nearly 30 games, and have served more
than 14,000 learners (students and managers) in
over 80 managements schools and firms. MANTIS
continues to be aggressive in learning and game
research and design. We also produce learning
and competency Learning Programs, execute
Consulting Services that solve organisational
problems and enhance productivity, and have a
range of coaching and mentoring sessions to
develop the Personal Power of individuals.

Ninth Dimension trains candidates in engineering skill sets
using modern machines and processes. It has established
training facilities in Thane, Nasik, and Pune in process
automation, and industry-oriented modular training. Since
2011, it has trained and placed its candidates in food,
automotive, agriculture, plastics, and OEM sectors. It is
dedicated to develop and create innovative and skilled
individuals to match requirements of various business
sectors. Its vision is to produce a Pre-Trained Workforce
that could contribute to the positive growth of industrial
economy. Owned and managed by Rajendra Koppikar, a
mechanical engineer with a post graduate diploma in
Materials Mgt. He has more than 35 years of experience in
Materials Management, Product Design and Development,
Value Engineering and Supply Chain Management.
