2. RC PHASE SHIFT OSCILLATOR
AIM:
To Design a RC Phase Shift Oscillator so that the output frequency is 200 Hz.
THEORY:
The Phase Shift Oscillator consist of an operational amplifier as the amplifying stageand three RC
cascaded networks as the feed back circuits the amplifier will provide180 degrees phase shift. The feed
back network will provide another phase shift of180 degrees.
CIRCUIT DIAGRAM:
PROCEDURE:
Construct the circuit as shown in the circuit diagram.
Adjust the potentiometer Rf such that an output wave form is obtained.
Calculate the output wave form frequency and peak to peak voltage.
Compare the theoretical and practical values of the output waveform frequency.
