Embry Riddle University
o Professional Aeronautics, (2012)
Aeronautics curriculum is closely mapped to the needs and demands of the
aviation/aerospace industry and to general education guidelines. Exposed
to a multidisciplinary program with courses of study in human factors,
security, aviation safety, occupational safety and health, air traffic control,
aircraft maintenance, and aeronautical science.

o ACFT Systems Maintenance Technology, (1997)
Aviation Maintenance Technology is structured in repairing and
maintaining modern aircraft. Concentrate on developing skills in
electronics, computers, business, avionics, general education, and with
particular emphasis in systems and troubleshooting. The degree designed
to provide a broad base of technical knowledge in order to repair the
integrated mechanical and electronic systems found on aircraft of today
and tomorrow.

o Professional Manager Certification, (2014)
CCAF offers the Professional Manager Certification (PMC) Program to
qualified Senior Noncommissioned Officers (SNCO). The PMC is a
professional credential that formally recognizes an individual’s advanced
level of education and experience in leadership and management, as well as
professional accomplishments. The program provides a structured
professional development track that supplements Enlisted Professional

o Occupational Instructor Certification (OIC), (2003)
CAF offers the CCAF Instructor Certification (CIC) Program for qualified
instructors who teach CCAF collegiate-level credit awarding courses at a
CCAF affiliated school. The CIC is a professional credential that recognizes
the instructor's extensive faculty development training, education and
qualification required to teach a CCAF course, and formally acknowledges
the instructor's practical teaching experience
CIC-I: designed to formally recognize individuals as a qualified CCAF
instructor and their professional accomplishment
CIC-II: designed to formally recognize the instructor’s advanced
professional accomplishment beyond the CIC-I

The practicum enables student teachers to acquire beginning competencies
for teaching in higher education in a classroom setting

o Basic Instructor Course, (2000)
Interactive presentation systems, electronic podiums, electronic
testing/analysis, advanced software, digital overhead cameras, and ergonomic
furniture conducive to flexible configuration as required. Interact and
manage an interactive learning environment, including skills to transition
between traditional and nontraditional modes of instruction. Provide faculty
training on the use of Technical Training Management System (TTMS) or
other technology in curricula design and development, student assessment,
course evaluation, instructional management, and teaching skills, as
available. Common office automation applications (such as, word processing,

computer-based training (CBT) and LANs. Provide faculty training that
prepares the staff to perform job functions using general teaching and
learning technology available within the training group such as video
teletraining (VTT), CBT, and virtual reality technology. Ensure faculty
training focuses on the use of TTMS and other technology resources used in
the design, delivery, assessment, and management of training within the
group to include selecting and using multimedia for presentations, as
available. Function as the primary agency to identify technology-related
training needs of instructors, course developers, and other personnel in the

Defense Acquisition University
o Production Quality Manufacturing (PQM) Level II & II, (2010)
Ensures the proper quality characteristics have been integrated into the
products and validates/verifies adherence to specified requirements
through test and measurement. Performs quality assurance
surveillance/oversight of Defense contractors providing services or
supplies (to include Contractor proposal reviews) based on mission and
function of each agency and local organization. Performs Industrial Base
studies for quality management. Participates in Pre and Post award
conferences as subject matter experts.
