Body language is an important form of non-verbal communication that conveys messages through gestures, expressions, and posture. It plays a big role in intuition, providing insights about others that we can interpret unconsciously. Components of body language include facial expressions, gestures, stance, and relationships with personal space. An open stance signals interest while a closed stance indicates defensiveness, and different cultures have varying norms around eye contact and physical proximity.
