ENVIRONMENTAL STATISTICS
Challenges Being Faced: (if any)
1.) Shed for BBQ area in new dining.
2.) Not sufficient lighting in BBQ Area, also floor lights need to be fixed.
3.) Broken air vents of kitchen need to be fixed properly in order to avoid smoke
detector activation and proper ventilation.
4.) Permanent Barrier or bollards needs to provided near receiving bay to avoid
accidental contact of vehicle with dock.
5.) Smoke detectors need to be replaced by the heat detector in Kitchen.
6.)Moisture Builds up inside Hot Kitchen & Bakery Section ( Inside Electrical Sockets
And Breakers) Due to condensation.
