Project 1. : - A Detailed Study of "Export potential of tea from India to Russia"
Findings: The study concluded that till the India was among one of the largest producer of tea and meanwhile
Russian Confectionery industries were growing rapidly. But the main obstacle was the competitiveness in the
international market. As of then there was no any drawback or any incentive for the exports of tea Value added
export products from India which ultimately increased the cost in international market relative to china. Therefore
there was a huge potential of tea added products in Russia but there was a strong need of proper quality,
consistency along with competitiveness ion rates.
Project 2 : - A research Study of "JOB READINESS IN THE STUDENT OF INDORE".
Findings: The literate people who work in private sectors are well aware about the employment and job rediness.
Their job rediness depend on their institutions and their education patterns are greatly affected by the placement
cells. The ratio of respondents who do not paying attention towards job are actually unaware about the job
rediness.A need for job rediness awareness among the public of Indore is required.
