Abrasion Tester mainly through rotary grinding way, using different kinds of friction wheel on the sample to detect the rotation
wear leather and plastic materials. Widely used in performance testing metal, paint, sheet metal surface coating materials,

Test principle: The test sample is placed on a rotating platform, through two rolling friction wheel above it under a certain load

Test preparation

6. Press the start button, the machine will enter the test status
7. Regulator governor, the speed is adjusted to the desired speed test
8. Turn on the vacuum cleaner the power switches to work
9. Set number of times to test the counter, the machine automatically shut down in standby mode
10. Turn off the power, remove jewelry, washing machine
Maintenance issues
1. It must be placed on stable ground before using the instrument
2. It is not allowed in the course of fiddle machine
3. Select the appropriate power supply voltage, never too high to avoid burn device
