1) To recalibrate a torque wrench, first zero the scale by adjusting it to its lowest point without any spring pressure. 2) Remove the protective plug and locking washer using special tools to access the adjustment nut. 3) Use a nut spinner tool to adjust the nut clockwise to increase torque or counterclockwise to decrease torque until the desired calibration values are achieved.
