solutions. I have developed expertise in providing creative and empathetic listening and acting
as a spring board for creative ideas and solution.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
 I was working in Oxbridge Group of Institution as Asst. Professor for IT subjects of UG and
PG course and Director in Academic and administration, overlooking the functions of
formulating academics and non-academics activities for the present as well as the six
subsidiaries institutions.
 Presently I am working as a Principal, BMA College of Arts, Science and Commerce,
Bangalore Affiliated to Bangalore University involve in academic administration.
 I design and conduct Executive Development Programme involving the internal and external
faculty, on variety of management development subjects where in I deal with the Human
Resources Management topics and MIS conduct the sessions. I have designed and conducted a
two month long Induction Training Programme for the batch of management trainees of the
institution.
