1) Types of Plants:
1. Trees: have broad trunks with branches. They live for many years. Some trees shed their leaves in Autumn.
Example: mango, jackfruit, coconut.
2. Shrubs: are small plants with a woody stem They live for a few years.
Example: Rose, tulsi, cotton, hibiscus.
3. Herbs: are very small plants. They live for a short time.
Example: spinach, coriander, tomato
4. Climbers: they need support, they have thin and weak stems.
Example: grapevine, pea , money plant
5. Creepers: these grow along the ground. They have weak stems.
Example: pumpkin, gourd, watermelon.
