of communication is the simplest form

the sender and the receiver, wherein the sender conveys an
idea or concept, seeks information, or expresses a thought or
emotion, and the receiver gets that message
7. What does the sender of a message do first
with the message?
• All communication begins with the sender. The first step
the sender is encoding process. In order to convey

which means translating information into ideas or
concepts.
