2. Problem statement
• Risk tolerance is the amount of risk that an investor is comfortable in
taking, or the degree of uncertainty that an investor is able to handle
Risk tolerance often varies with age, gender and occupation and
different personality so the main purpose of doing this research is to
know that which type of personality on the basis of big five
personality dimensions can tolerate less or more risk.

7. Research Methodology
• The study adopts Quantitative research Nonprobability
convenient sampling is used the sample respondent are
Szabist Larkana finance students. Data collections are
carried out through Survey method. The responses are
collected on a 5 point Likert scale. Data analysis is
carried out using SPSS and factor analysis.
8. Hypothesis
• H1: There is significant association
between personality and risk tolerance.
• H02: There is no significant association
between personality risk tolerance .
