Responsible for the day to day task of Material movement and management within our Inventory
system. Ensured complete accountability of material in transition for accuracy of material
traceability for all Nuclear Projects. Verified all daily issuance/return transaction to ensure
complete accuracy of transactions to reflect true cost for billing of various customer projects.
Ensure all inventory cycle counts are researched and verified to maintain 100% accuracy within
the Inventory management system utilized. Provide problem resolution of discrepancies
between current inventories associated with issuance to various areas of production.
May 2015 – Aug 2016: Materials Foreman with Chicago Bridge and Iron Lake Charles
Responsible for the day to day task of Material movement from Inventory to the Material cutting
process. Ensured complete accountability of material in transition for accuracy of material
traceability for all Nuclear Projects. Worked in conjunction with Bay 1 Planner to ensure
material needed for projects were in place to keep cutting process from back logging. Ensured
segregation of material base on Grade, Safety related Material vs. Non Safety Related material
prescribed by the NRC. Processed issuance and return of materials to maintain an accurate
account of inventory within the JD Edwards inventory system. Coordinated between the
Materials Warehouse/Yard and the Rigging department for swift and safe movement of material
to and from the cutting Bay.
Nov 2014 – April 2015: Material Control Coordinator with Chicago Bridge and Iron Addis LA
Provided oversite in the control and tracking of various materials for the purpose of site closure.
Coordinated all load plans for the purpose of shipping sold material to various vendors.
Provided all necessary Certification paperwork of materials tested for usage on various projects
where required. Tracked, with accuracy, items to be sold off for scrapping purpose. Operated
various forms of material handling equipment to ensure streamline of material loading for
movement from site.
May 2012 – Nov 2014: Material Control Coordinator with Chicago Bridge and Iron Lake Charles
Provide oversight of receipt, storage and control, inventory management, preventative
maintenance, shelf life and issuance in compliance with Department of Energy and Nuclear
Regulatory Commission requirements at fabricator facilities. Assist in coordinating all material
and equipment delivery stream related activities from planning to receipt and turnover. Assist in
establishing and maintaining up-to-date matrixes containing the status and schedule
requirements of incoming materials and equipment. Coordinate with consortium, field and
fabrication facility personnel ensuring schedule requirements are met and turn-over of material
and equipment is completed in a timely manner. Assist in resolution of non-conformances,
material deficiencies and documentation issues. Attend scheduling meetings as required.
Maintain material documentation and prepare project status reporting. Develop required reports.
Review reports published by other disciplines or facilities. Interface directly with other project
disciplines (e.g., Production, Engineering, and Project Controls).

Sept 1990 – July 2000: Inventory Management Specialist USAF
Managed, administered and operated supply system and activities in order to provide the
necessary equipment and supplies for Air Force operations. Responsible for demand
processing, for mission support customer service units, mobility and training. Supervised and
performed item and monetary accounting and inventory stock control, financial planning, and
funds control. Computed requirements, determined allowance, and researched and identified
supplies and equipment requirements. Supervised and performed operations involved in
storage, inspection, identification, and receipt of property. Responsible for facility safety and
security. Conducted inventories, operated automated equipment, special purpose government
vehicles, and various material handling equipment. Provided worldwide search for various
aircraft parts to maintain high Mission Capable Rates. Liaison between Base Supply Squadron,

back shops. Coordinated with Parts depots on timeline for return of high level repair items to
the base for installation on downed aircraft.
