 Presently working as a Lead Solution Designer in Retail End to End Design Team. This Team especially works on In
life fixes and Root Cause analysis of major issues for BT in CRM. This role includes Leading all major calls for
resolution of critical issues in retail Journey and their implementations. Knowing complete Journey and Liaising with
all major components. Raising proposals for Fixes and follow up for their timely approvals and testing are some of

 Achieved an "Exceptional" customer feedback (CSAT rating of 5) for the year 2012 and 2013 from BT Retail Stack,
while working as Team Leader in CMPS ASG.
 I have taken this critical project for BT application CMPS and KCIM to CMMI level 5 with a case study of remarkable
reduction of Deployment timings with all successful automations achieved with the help of able Team and
Organization.
 Extremely Remarkable achievements in Automation in E2E components also. Appreciated on Platform level for cross
Team liaising for automation in Upstream component called OneSiebel. It was through Idea Sharing and quickest
implementation of Automation for S-codes checking and Testing.
 I Lead a separate Team of 3 people mainly working on Automations and process improvements. We all generate new
ideas inline with CI wave initiative in BT to reduce waste and increase productivity. The automations are
implemented with proper testing and approvals from Senior Management.
 I am handling this important project truly critical for the Retail and UKB LOB order Journey, T2R and L2C scenarios
without any escalations and with 24x7 support on Desk. The SLAs are very stringent(24 hour for P3 incidents) and
we are maintaining them at 98% for almost an Year.
 I was responsible for presenting the PMR to IDU Group Head and Senior Project Manager. Facing audits for quality
Management Group and Information security. Preparing Resource Utilization for the month and overall Resource
Management in the Team during my tenure as a PM in ASG Team.
 The Team consists of 18 members out of which 2 were onsite in Glasgow UK, 1 at MSat in Hyderabad and remaining
located in Sharda Center Pune, all reporting to me as a PM and technical Lead.
 I am also the Deployment Lead for the components and acting as an ASG Escalation for the LOBs. Actively involved
in all deployments for all platforms as the applications are from Mixed LOBs. Liaising with Delivery Managers on a
regular basis and managing all critical deployments successfully.
 It is a very successful journey from two applications undergoing deployment every week with too many issues and no
chance to rest to a stable stage with successful and reduced number of unplanned deployments and Emergency
changes.
 I was recruited as a Senior member in TechMahindra with a prior experience in Non IT field. It was through a special
drive of getting experienced Managers to drive the Leadership throughout the organization. It never posed a problem
for me in Leading a Technical Team, in fact given me an age over others through maturity levels and experience in
dealing with other Teams.
 I certainly want to continue with the success in Application Support and confident enough that my New organization

 Worked as a Project Lead for High Level Complaints for Retail Delivery for BT. This team works on high level incidents
raised to Chairman’s office and their RCAs and Fix implementations.
 Currently working as a Solution Designer for BT Retail Consumer as a Technical Lead.

resource utilization.
Change management Performance: Acted as Lead for Change Management Team for Middleware called CMPS
and KCIM. Attended CABs for Change approval. Award winning performance for Successful changes
Processes for E2E approvals and sign off. Eleventh hour Urgent changes. Leading deployment calls and Post
deployment Testing with a Major role. Too many E-cards received from client like BT.
Details as a Deployment Lead and Escalation Point for Critical applications:
I acted as a Single point of contact as a deployment Lead for critical Middle ware application like CMPS and
KCIM. Also I was second Level of Escalation and a Deployment manager for the Component for all major
releases for Business as well as Consumer LOB. Presenting case for the application for implementing
Emergency changes overnight in Front of CAB. It involved a proper RCA and justification of changes
required. A walkthrough of pre deployment activities and DR leading were major activities amongst them.
Governing communications to different components and coordination of all deployment activities
Current Role at tech Mahindra:
Currently I am working as ETL designer for Data Integrity issues(mismatches within different E2E
components in BT Retail Journey. The work includes designing of different metrics for different BT products
for BT Consumer. It extensively utilizes my expertise in E2E knowledge and Corrections being done for found
mismatches. The design done reaches the ETL developers who develop Queries and package to extract all
Metrics reports based on definitions and designs given by ETL Designer(Me). The POC is done successfully
for 15 critical metrics for a product called BT Sports and now we are moving ahead with other products.
Before this I worked as a Technical Lead for Service Improvement Team named DI RCA Team. It is basically
a BT Initiative for a Good data Flow through all applications in E2E Journey for Consumer LOB. I also Lead an
automation Team within the team to create processes for Automatic data corrections within components
through Cron Jobs
The Team receives weekly metrics data for Data integrity issues for different products in BT. We work on
data analysis on basis of Live Data Extraction. I also lead the Manual clearance team for Live issues and Lead
calls on Live Changes. Updating Sharepoint issues after Major deployments. The metrics includes service no
billing and Billing No service issues which are too critical for BT in Revenue and Customer Satisfaction point
of view. Working on Talend Tool for the data integration and Automation in E2E scenario. Having completed
2 vast projects in Talend where we connect to remote component servers for component data for comparison
and analysis and process the data for definitions of DI metrics and send corrective csv files to component
ASGs for recovery and correction purpose.
