Exercise Applicant Master Data. Time 5 min
Task Which applicant data should be stored in an ERP system for an application?
Generally, there are no guidelines on how much data of a candidate should
be saved in a company. However, it should be "as much data as necessary
and as little as possible". When Applications are done by mail, the data are
also limited by the scope of the application documents. On the other hand,
online applications can be made in a contact form that is created by the
company and posted on the company's own homepage. When preparing
such a form, the company would make sure that only relevant data are
requested from the applicant.

Development ► Settings ►Current Settings ►Edit Qualifications

screen Create, please choose Qualification and go on with .

Task Use the SAP Easy Access Menu to create a business event type.
To create a business event tyep , follow the menu path:
Human Resources ► Training and Event Management ► Settings ►
Current Settings ► Business Event Type
Menu path
In order to create the business event type, enter the first day of the
current year as the start date and press .
In the following screen, choose External Classroom Training. External Classroom
Training
Enter ### Sec Train as the Abbreviation of the event type and ###
Security Training as the name. In the tab Capacity, enter a Minimum
capacity of 1. In the tab Relationships, search for the event group GBI
Training and Education in the field ID related object in the line Belongs
to.

Certification and press save to transfer the qualification into the

Generally, there are no guidelines on how much data of a candidate should be saved in a company. However, it should be "as much data as necessary and as little as possible". When Applications are done by mail, the data are also limited by the scope of the application documents. On the other hand, online applications can be made in a contact form that is created by the company and posted on the company's own homepage. In the upcoming screen Create, please choose Qualification and go on with . As the qualification name, please type in ### First Aid Course Certification. To create a business event tyep , follow the menu path: Human Resources ► Training and Event Management ► Settings ► Current Settings ► Business Event Type Menu path In order to create the business event type, enter the first day of the current year as the start date and press . In the following screen, choose External Classroom Training. External Classroom Training Enter ### Sec Train as the Abbreviation of the event type and ### Security Training as the name. In the tab Capacity, enter a Minimum capacity of 1.
