proposed training is aimed at all current employees. The training is an aid to the staff for the
future trends that will happen. The training requires setting up a computer centre and other
attached items. Also bring in trainers with expertise to teach and train the staff. The training
offer new opportunity in the digitally run future market and this is vital for the company’s
growth. Therefore all employees will receive training without fail and it is mandatory. The
staff will also receive certificates upon successful completion.

The recent studies conducted by various independent organisations found that there is huge
talent attrition and more over people with talent are laid off due to lack of knowledge in
modern technology and its operations. To ride the wave of ever growing economy we need to
deal in the future of the market with advanced intelligence, information collection, extraction
and manipulation also storing and retrieving such data all digitally with ease certain skills
must be embedded into the employees. The current scenarios require such talents for the
company to go forward. The possible solution to the dilemma is to give all employees the
required training in the modern technology by setting up a computer centre. This will provide
the current work force an edge over the changing world and put out more efforts.

OBJECTIVES
Our training sessions are meticulously planned by our trainer and are designed in a manner
geared toward the maximization of efficiency. The training requires to set up a computer
centre and teaching the staff/ employees the required skills. Your time is valuable, and so is
ours, so our goal is to best prepare you while taking up the least amount of your time
possible.
