EXPANDING INTO ONION PEELING BUSINESS
June 2015 – Green Team decided to build an
onion peeling facility;
Facility created using GMP (clean zone
approach);
Facility and Process under ISO 22000 and
HACCP certification (HACCP audit August 3,
2015 upon facility completion);
Significant studies made of onion peelers in
Poland to identify competitions approach and
short comes to guide own set up;
Peeled onion in accordance to client
requirements and specification including proper
packaging (blue perforated food grade bags);
Capacity to cool down to 2C. before shipping;
Logistics through cross docking in Poland;
further dispatch of FTL to end destination;
Target transport lead time Ukraine – UK, 5 days;
