This document provides summaries of various web development projects completed by Postmen in 2017. It describes the development of websites for the Poroshenko Foundation, the President of Ukraine, Planeta Kino cinema network, and landing pages for Bukovel. It also summarizes the development of interactive platforms for Oscar voting and an initiative against corruption in advertising. Additionally, it overviews the creation of an online platform called "My 30 Sec" to manage human resources and conduct traineeships.

Ongoing work on site improvement for the
biggest cinema network -planetakino.ua
UX, Frontend, mobile adaptation
We integrated and fine-tuned data collection systems
(Google Analytics, Yandex.metrics). We collect and
analyse data of customer behaviour on a regular
basis, find weaknesses and suggest how to eliminate
them. We also integrate improvements for site and
track the results.
Conducted SEO-audit of the site, made necessary
amendments to front-end and back-end of the site in
order to improve keyword research results.

12. Planeta Kino:
Interactive platform “Guess Oscar
Prior to 1 month of Oscar ceremony 2016 we
launched a crossplatform interactive web-
page that collected votes for Oscar nominees.
More than 18 000 visitors filled in application
forms and left their contacts that were used
in CRM system.
13. Bukovel:

In terms of advertising activities we made
dozens of landing pages which significantly
boosted the volume of site visitors and online-
sales.

In terms of our initiative to decrease
corruption of advertising market, we
launched a platform “Nividkitam” calling to
join our initiative and share it via social
media.

15. Human Resources
my30sec.postmen.com.ua
In order to make a professional database of
human resources and conduct a traineeship
program, we developed a platform called “my
30 sec” that allows a person willing to join
Postmen team make a short video about
oneself, fill in an application form, attach a CV
and send it to us.
The system collects all data, allows to load all
the information about a trainee in a document,
notifies of new applications, there is also an
option to send interview invitations or inform
that an application is rejected due to reasons
explained.
