Responsibilities:
 Facilitated projects in Telecom domain to successfully complete the SCAMPI A
CMMI L5, was active member in SQA FAR group.
 Facilitated projects in Telecom domain to successfully complete the TL9000
external audit.
 Train the PM, DM and team members on high maturity practice and external audit
interview w.r.t. CMMI SVC, CMMI Dev and TL 9000 standards.
 Provide quality consulting and facilitation for development and production support
type of projects. This includes guidance to the Project Manager & Project team
